Up for sale are 10 WW2 medals 9 of which have the corresponding ribbon. 5 Ribbon Bars and 1 small ribbon. These were my father’s. He was in the Army from 1941 through 1975. There was only one Scot who was awarded the Benemerenti Silver Red Cross Medal between 1916 – 1931, I have a newspaper cutting which states that, and he is a Senior Inland Revenue man called Oswald Barclay. I bought some of his full size medals a few years ago but to find these is amazing – thank you.
