Military Insignia Junk Drawer Lot WW2, Vietnam and modern. There are items for the US Marine Corps, US Army, Navy and the Air Force. The lot includes Pins, patches, medals and other pieces of insignia. Please dont expect million dollar items. This is a junk drawer lot, there is nothing here that will make you rich, but there are items that are good for beginning collectors. A lot of the patches are reproduction or/and more modern machine produced patches. The canteen is in poor condition with a dent and crack on the bottom. 99 cents, plus the cost of a Medium Flat Rate box. The poncho liner is not included, its just a ground cover. I acquired this uniform years ago when I lived in Georgia–it belonged to a teens Scoutmaster from Connecticut with the last name of Ford. This uniform is from Sigmund Eisner and has the original Scout metal buttons, the metal BSA pin on the collar, the red and green service bands for years of service, the October 1917 Treasury award for the World War One Liberty Lone campaign and a beautiful early Scoutmaster patch on one sleeve. It is in beautiful condition and I see no imperfections in the uniform. It could be a museum piece. Fantastic grouping of various medals / badges & pictures telling the story of a young man from his Boy Scout days through his US Army Air Force tours of duty in World War II & the Korean War. Some of the medals are vintage and original to the era, others are circa late 1990′s / early 2000′s. All have been professionally arranged and framed with a few pictures included. Framer secured all items in place and none move when frame is moved around so I’m assuming some sort of adhesive was used to hold things tight.
