Sleeves have wool on flet Tech 5th grade patches. The left sleeve has the shoulder patch for 83rd Infantry (we couldn’t find him of 83rd rosters) which saw action in Normandy, france, Germany, including Battle of Bulge. The right sleeve has the patch of 89th Infantry (thru records search we found him attached to the 355th Infantry 1st Batt HQ) which saw campaigns in France and germany.
