World War Medals

The following items are included in this lot. 1 US Army WWII enlisted mans Ike jacket , super condition almost problem free One very small moth hole on right lapel, comes with ribbons ETO ribbon with two campaign stars, good conduct, American Defense, WWII Victory ribbon. ALso Sterling silver clutch back Combat Infantry Badge, and Markmanship 2nd Class gunner with rifle Qualification bar(sterling marked) , the jacket has the enlisted mans branch devices of collar. Sleeves have wool on flet Tech 5th grade patches. The left sleeve has the shoulder patch for 83rd Infantry (we couldn’t find him of 83rd rosters) which saw action in Normandy, france, Germany, including Battle of Bulge. The right sleeve has the patch of 89th Infantry (thru records search we found him attached to the 355th Infantry 1st Batt HQ) which saw campaigns in France and germany. A great condition jacket size 38 regular made dec 12 1944. One WWII US Army enlisted man’s wool olive drab khaki shirt truly amazing condition the Quartermaster tag is still in tail bright readable, size 14 1/2 with 33 inch sleeves. Also has the anti gas flap in front. One pair of heavier wool darker green field trousers, they show heavy proffessional sewing repairs see photos waist size inches inseam is. One Mohair Khaki neckie standard issue see photo six for flaw. One pair of Class A uniform pants trousers olive drab wool with anti gas fly flap. Great shape size waist 30 inches 77 centimeters, inseam 32 inches 82 centimeters. Assorted personal items and effects: paybook dated Aug 5th 1945. One pocket sized copy of the New testament Bible, Good Conduct Medal in box, with lapel pin, ribbon is on uniform. A stunning group of great condition WWII named uniform grouping.
