100% GENUINE FULL SIZE & CORRECTLY NAMED WW1 1914-15 TRIO. 1914-15 Trio with original documents. Edward Correy from Blackburn enlisted for service with the South Lancashire regiment in November 1914 & was transferred to the 15th service battalion of the Durham light infantry in December of the same year. He landed in France 11-9-1915 & was sadly wounded by gun shot to the right thigh towards the end of the same month. GVF & complete with copy service papers & MIC details. Offered for sale is a nice 15th Airforce grouping in very nice shape, comes with a original unit history a unnamed air medal a set of sterling Aircrew wings a dog tag which is not his but must belong with the group some how several hats and reunion books, he was awarded a Greek medal and the document is present along with the ribbon but no medal. The group has a nice photo album lots of neat pictures and his paperwork, The group is named to Michael J Gagnis. 100% GENUINE FULL SIZE & CORRECTLY NAMED. WW1 pair & memorial plaque. The recipient served with the 1/5th battalion & died of wounds in France & Flanders 17-7-1917. He was born in Kiveton park & enlisted in Elland whilst living in Hollywell green. The recipients surname is spelt Gilmoor on the medals & Gilmour on the plaque (James Ross Gilmour).
