For sale here is a good looking US WW2 USMC 2nd Air Wing Aerial Gunner Alpha Uniform. The uniform is made of fine forest green wool and features a four pocket front, four button front, and epaulettes. All buttons are present, and are bakelite. The jacket has a newer belt and there is no mothing. Each sleeve features a wool felt Master Sergeants Chevron. The left shoulder features a theater made 2nd Air Wing patch. The lower left sleeve features an Aerial gunner patch. All patches are machine sewn. Both EGAs are present, appear to be matched, and are unmarked brass. Over the right breast pocket is a distinguished unit citation. Over the left breast pocket there is a six place high award ribbon bar. Below the bar is a pin back unmarked expert rifleman badge. Inside, the jacket shows light wear. In the right sleeve the coat is only marked 69. In the left shoulder the coat is sized 4M and dated July 16, 1943, and is made by College Hall Fashions.
