British US Canadian Hessian Helmet Cover WW1 (Relic Medal Tunic Dogtag Award). This helmet cover comes from a collection of helmets and covers that have been stored for decades. The helmet has been removed from this cover, but it still retains some of the helmet shape as it has been on there for so long. I have removed the majority of cobwebs and dust, but don’t expect it to be immaculate, because of its’ age, and tended to be made rather haphazardly by troops, rather than machined out perfectly in a factory.
