THE ROLL FOR THE SILVER WAR BADGE STATES THAT WILLIAM O’ROUKE ENLISTED 3-9-1914 AND WAS DISCHARGED WITH A SILVER WAR BADGE UNDER KINGS REGULATIONS 392, 8-12-1919.
