Only officer to have risen through the ranks, this wonderful set comprises of a medal group, 2 Bar George VI General Service Medal Malaya and Palestine bars correctly named to a 176533031 Sjt H Walton ASC, 39-45 star, africa star, burma star, war medal, defence medal, and a regular army service medal named to Lieut H Walton ASC, it then includes over 26 awards and badges some are very rare like the bisley pistol trophy in gilt silver boxed, there is also his rank titles and cap badge and also a a copy of the newspaper article and a photo of him with some shooting competitors one of which is featured in the photo and wrote a book which is included in this lot.
