WW1 British Navy Died of Illness framed 1915 medal trio, Memorial Plaque, condolence certificate and slip to Lieutenant C. 1914-15 Star trio; Memorial plaque, named CHARLES HORACE PERCIVAL WOOD; Condolence Certificate and slip, named Lieutenant Charles Horace Percival Wood. All mounted in period wood and glass frame by Spink & Son LTD MEDALIST. Comes with copies service records, medal roll and basic research. Charles Horace Perceval Wood was born in 1884. Sub Lieutenant (Temporary) Motor boat reserve. Served on Drifters and then in 1916 1916 to Motor Launches: ML 102, ML227, ML 445. Died 1st April 1917, war related illness. A lovely display piece of original period framed officers medals. Frame measures 50cm x 33cm x 8cm. We list militaria and coins weekly. Colin Alexander Hughes was born in Hobart, Tasmania 16th August 1905 and enlisted for service in the 2nd Australian Imperial Forces 30th April 1940. Promoted through ranks to Lieutenant A.
