PLEASE FOLLOW OUR E BAY STORE. SALE SEE OUR STORE. PLEASE READ WHOLE ADD. This is a Sterling Silver numbered (7182) New York State Conspicuous Service medal. It has the original slot brooch and original ribbon. The ribbon does show some fading and wear, but it still hangs and holds the planchet. The planchet is in near perfect conditions, and the reverse shows the well struck numbers which are large and easy to read. It is also hallmarked “A. E. Co/STERLING”. This specific medal was awarded and issued to the family of Private John H. Kemper, of Company M, 305th Infantry, 77th Division, on June 22, 1948, for AEF service in WW1. Kemper was born in East Newark, NY, on September 19, 1896. He enlisted with Company M, of the 305th Infantry and was transported to France on the SS Cedric, from New York City, arriving at Calais, France in early June. In August the 77th Division was moved to the Vesle Sector and on the 11th they entered the line at Fisme. In May of 1919 and demobilized. He died on September 14, 1935, and is buried at the Mount Olivet Cemetery, in Queens, NY. I will provide a copy of his 305th Infantry roster, a 2 page copy of his embarkation and travel records to and from France, a color copy of his AGO award card for this numbered Conspicuous Service medal, and a copy of his obituary from the Brooklyn Times Union. I should note that he was also eligible for the WW1 Victory medal with Oise-Aisne, Meuse-Argonne, and Defensive Sector clasps, but if issued, the whereabouts are unknown. I should also note that this medal was issued to the Kemper family, as his death preceded the issuance of the medal.

3x Pre WW2 New York Long Service Medal Documents Naval Militia Very Rare pair of 20 year and 10 year long and 15 year. Service documents very very rare and hard to find the original documents im not sure why i guess soldiers just didnt keep them. Even rarer due to the fact they are to a naval militia man which would have had very few men in it compared to other services. The documents are very nice but show minor wear and one has some minor roughness at the top! Both were awarded to Yeoman Harold J Searchfield. If you have the medals that match these these would add a ton of value to the medals! Dont miss your chance to own an extremely rare set of documents! The collector from whom the document were originally acquired found the 15 year document and sent it to me to complete the set! Price has been risen and listing updated from 2 docs to 3 docs. Very rare complete set now! I have risen the price 35 dollars do account for this now being a complete set and the addition of a document! Excellent and extremely rare new York Society of Military and Naval Officers medal of the world War. This medal was issued to officers in the society who served in WW1. First let me say this medal is extremely rare I know of only 2 other examples that exist total! One in slightly better shape and one in much worse shape. This medal is literally right out of the woodwork. It was found with a mini bar that had Society of the Revolution mini, society of colonial wars mini and this medal on it, two of the medals were 10k. It was also found with the large size colonial wars medal. Now onto the medal the brooch I believe is 10k or 14 solid I have seen enough gold and due to the age I suspect it most certainly is! Though the medal value far exceeds value of the gold brooch. The ribbon show wear and age but is solid and in decent shape it holds and displays the medal well. Medal itself is in excellent condition and the enamel is crisp! Get this rare piece of military history while you still can!
