Original medal for “Defense of Sevastopol”. Very rare only 50k+ awarded\. This original medal is in an excellent, well above average condition with light overall wear. There are several small dings and scratches on both sides but its details are mostly visible and well defined. A small amount of the gold plating is still present and the double layer steel suspension is time period to the medal. Its connection ring has not been cut. Awarded for Defense of Sevastopol. This medal was awarded to all participants in the defense of Sevastopol. Both to soldiers and civilians, who took part in the defense of Sevastopol during its siege by German forces.
