Ww1 British Army RFA/Tank corp Medals as awarded to CPL/Gunner Cecil Snow. Cecil first joined the royal field artillery as a private, serving with the 3rd light battery before being transferred in France becoming a machine gunner in the MMGS. His medals being marked “MMGS”. Later in the war he became a tank commander. He was dispersed in February 1919 at Harrowby camp near Grantham. The medals are in lovely condition fully marked, they come with a tank corp cap badge and a tank corp sleeve badge both original to the group. There is also his miniature medal ribbons and RFA royal field artillery collar badge to. The group also comes with a printout of his history, an original post card with tank in the background and his dispersal paper. Overall a fantastic group to a soldier that served with several units and most interestingly the MMGS. Worthy of further research and display. Any questions please and I will try and help.
