USAF Officers Navigator Wings & Medals. It measures 11.5 inches wide by 14.5 inches long in the frame, has 7 medals, Navigator wings and LT Colonel rank pins. This came from the estate of LT Colonel John Horkulic who was a bombardier with the 8th Air Force 423rd Bombardment Squadron and flew missions over France and Germany.
