This named silver star medal is stamped on the reverse “Roberts 10/3/1944″ and was privately done by a jeweler most likely. Unfortunately someone has scratched the surface with a needle or pin, which has marred the surface. Also a small spot of gold plate has come off the reverse of the star. We have no infomation on who this medal belonged to. Would make an interesting research Project. The item “WW2 SILVER STAR MEDAL, NAMED, DATED” is in sale since Sunday, October 15, 2017.
