This is one of the coolest pieces I have ever seen. Un-numbered and not engraved. This was found in fantastic original condition along with the Silver Star Medal which is being offered in a separate listing. Unfortunately, we don’t know the history behind these. They belong to a 94 year old neighbor whose late husband got them at some point from one of his family members. Case has a small imperfection in the top as pictured and does not close exactly 100% squarely, though it is close. Neither of these small issues detract from the overall integrity or beauty of the piece. Just wanted to mention it.
