WW2 Polish Army 2nd Corps 4 medals belonged to plutonowy(Lance Corporal) Wiktor Sojka. Captured by Russians he spend over 22 month in POW’S Camp in Sowiet Union -Shepetievka. He joined the 1st Krechowiecki Lancers Regiment, which was part of the Anders army and escaped from Russia. Together with the 1st Regiment, Krechowiecki went through the whole of the Italian campaign. Lance Corporal Wiktor Sojka participated in winning the Monte Cassino , Piedmonte, Ancona , Bologna.
